Your purchase and access
Access is for the buyer of the eligible Resale Studio product from PrinterieDesigns on Etsy. We check your Etsy order number for an eligible purchase. The first person who completes email verification for that order links it to their Resale Studio account. Keep your order number and sign-in codes private. Contact support if your order has already been claimed or you lose access to your sign-in inbox.
Permitted use
You may use your purchased access for your own personal or business recordkeeping. Do not resell access, share account credentials, redistribute the app as your own product or interfere with other accounts or the service. You retain responsibility for and ownership of the records you enter.
Records and connections
Enter accurate data and review your results against marketplace statements and receipts. The app is a recordkeeping tool; its reports do not replace professional accounting or tax advice. Google Drive connection is optional and requires your own Google account. Features, size limits and supported use are described on the product page and in the app. Keep full backups, especially before replacing a workspace or clearing browser data.
Availability and support
Internet access is required for hosted sign-in and cloud synchronization. Third-party services and browser storage can become unavailable. We work to maintain the service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, specific financial results or perpetual hosting. Contact support about access or defects; no response-time guarantee or custom bookkeeping service is included.
Purchases, refunds and rights
Purchases are handled through Etsy. Refer to the product listing, applicable Etsy policies and your statutory rights for purchase and refund terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Refunded, cancelled, invalid or abused access may be restricted; contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Changes and privacy
We may update the app and these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated through the app or an appropriate account notice. The privacy policy describes how account, purchase and connected Google data are handled.
