Activating a purchase

Purchase activation is closed while we prepare the Etsy listing. Once it opens, enter the order number from your Etsy receipt and an email address you can access. Enter the code we send to that inbox. Use the same address for future sign-ins. If your order has already been claimed, contact support with the order number.

Connecting Google Drive

Sign in to the app first, then open Settings and choose Connect Google Drive. Choose the account where you want your records stored. Your Google account can use a different email from the one you use to sign in to Resale Studio.

Saving and recovery

Check the save status before switching devices. Saved on this device and Drive copy verified describe different states. Keep a full JSON backup. If copies differ, review both before choosing which complete workspace to keep.

What to include

Describe what you expected and what happened, the browser/device, and the page or action involved. For purchase help, include the Etsy order number. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, Google credentials or financial records unless a specific, necessary support step has been agreed.
