Information used to provide the app

You give us an Etsy order number and the email address you choose for sign-in. We check the order with our Etsy shop and send a code to your chosen address. The first successful activation links the order to that account. We use the order and listing identifiers, purchase-verification result, account identifier and session information to provide access and support. We do not receive your payment card details. Sign-in codes are emailed when you request access; this does not subscribe you to marketing.

Records on your device

The app stores the inventory, listings, sales, adjustments, expenses, mileage, consignor names, split terms, payout records and business settings you enter in account-scoped browser storage. Drafts, recovery copies and appearance preferences may also be stored in your browser. Anyone with access to your unlocked browser or exported backups may be able to read these records. Browser data can be removed by browser settings, so keep a full backup.

Optional Google Drive connection

You choose whether to connect Google Drive. The drive.appdata permission allows the app to manage its own hidden application-data folder. The app reads your Google account identifier and email or display name to identify the connected Drive account. It uploads and downloads workspace snapshots and retains a bounded history of cloud versions. It does not scan your ordinary Drive files. Each account’s connection and workspace are handled separately.

Server processing and service providers

Cloudflare hosts the app, verifies access and processes transfers to and from Google. Resend delivers sign-in messages. It receives the destination email address, subject and message body, including the temporary sign-in code and app address, and processes delivery information such as delivery or bounce status. Workspace snapshot data passes through the server during synchronization; the primary cloud snapshots are stored in your Drive. Cloudflare D1 stores account and entitlement information, encrypted Google connection credentials, and synchronization metadata such as checksums and version identifiers. Google processes the data stored in your Drive under its applicable policies. Etsy provides purchase-verification information. Limited technical diagnostics and rate-limit records support security and operation; the app does not intentionally log sign-in codes, provider tokens or full financial snapshots.

Optional Google Sheets reports

When you choose to create a report, Google asks you to select an account and grant permission for files you use with Resale Studio (drive.file). The app checks the destination account and creates a new private spreadsheet there with the report cells you confirm. A financial report includes inventory, sales, expenses and mileage within the report’s stated dates. A consignor statement includes the selected owner’s terms and financial activity. Report creation is separate from private Drive sync. You control sharing, editing and deletion of the resulting file in Google Drive.

Report processing

Cloudflare transmits the selected report cells to Google. The app stores a short-lived encrypted report credential and request metadata so it can identify the destination and avoid creating a second file when a request is repeated. It does not retain the report cells in the server database. Google stores the spreadsheet you create.

How Google user data is used

Google user data is used to provide and maintain the Drive connection, synchronize your workspace, create the Sheets reports you request, support recovery and protect the service. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or use it to train generalized AI models. PrinterieDesign Resale Studio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and your choices

Account, entitlement and connection records are retained while needed to provide access, support and protect the service, and where required for legal obligations. Expired sessions and old challenges/rate-limit entries are cleaned up during app requests. Disconnect Drive in Settings to stop synchronization and remove the stored connection credentials; this leaves device records and existing Drive files in place. You can also revoke the app’s access in your Google Account and remove its hidden app data through Google Drive’s Manage apps settings. Clear workspace in the app replaces the active records but retains recovery copies and may retain drafts. To remove all data stored by this app in your browser, use the browser’s site-data controls. Drive copies and downloaded backups must be removed separately. Downloaded backups remain under your control.

Access, deletion and support

Email ccdigitalartsstore@gmail.com from your account email to request access to or deletion of server-held account data. We may verify ownership before acting. We will explain any information that must be retained and why. A support request does not automatically remove your browser records, downloaded backups or your Google Drive copies; use the controls described above for those copies. Do not send sign-in codes or Google client secrets to support.

Cookies and changes

A secure session cookie remembers your sign-in for up to 30 days. Browser storage supports the app’s records and preferences. These public pages do not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date above identifies this version. Material changes to data use will be disclosed through the app or an appropriate account notice.
